          - Being f-ke claimed and told we're not real.
          - Seeing someone in the system hurting and not being able to do s--t for them.
          - Confusion, headaches, etc.
          - Waking up and seeing/feeling things you didnt do and hearing Lily say "Jessica got f-ke claimed and couldn't handle it, she h-rt the body", or, "Sam was told she's a horrible protector, it got to her so bad she h-rt herself", or, "Grace is hurting because of the p-rents. She broke her almost 2 months clean".
          
          What you see: 
          - "oh hey can I meet Lily?" 'Oh sure, one sec' "Hey, I'm Lily".
          - Perfectly fine.
          
          You don't f'ing get it. It's so darn hard! Jessica is practically terrified of guys and discord and I cant f'ing do a thing for her! You think did/osdd is "interesting" and yeah, it is. But you don't get how painful it also is. You think we can handle anything you do. But we've already been tr--matized, and now it keeps getting worse. And unlike friends, we can't do anything to help each other!

Hollywood is dumb. 
          
          For the record, the movie "split" is no were near true. 
          
          1- that's severe schizophrenia 
          2- you should be able to control an alter atleast somewhat
          3- alters are meant to help the core (person born in the body). Did is formed because of tr--ma at a young age.
          4- we have known people with mean alters, these are persecutors. Basically meaning they hold all the anger and hatred. However, unless theres more to it no persecutor is that bad, and even then still probably not.
          
          That movie is lies, its literally just made to be a horror movie. Alters are meant to help, not hurt.
