Hey guys. Remember when I joined the @justwriteit 100 words character exercise challenge? Well, I didn't make it. But it was fun. I really had fun doing it. (Even though it's a little difficult XD) Still, it was a fun experience.

Hey everyone, it's CrimsonArachnida here. Just wanted to post a little info on the Scarlet Spider/Spider-Man fanfiction. 
          
          As of now, the fanfic is in hiatus. And I'm not sure if I'll continue it. Some of you might wonder why. Well, the project has gone through many revisions in the storylines, character arcs. The revisions were affected by changes in real life. And..I feel I couldn't do the characters justice because I lost the grasp. The grasp of what kind of stories I wanted to tell through them. Even though I might do it someday (and I still don't have the grasp), the story will only feel generic. Like generic stories (to me). I want to make it special. Not a generic one. Because if it's generic, it won't be able to deliver the impact and messages I wanted to convey. And I wanted to do something different with portraying "heroes". But now I couldn't. 
          
          So..I think I won't be writing a lot. But hopefully one day I will. If you're still curious of how the Scarlet Spider/Spider-Man fanfic would have felt like, you can read the "Marvel Alternate Reality" one-shot fanfics featuring Kaine/Scarlet Spider. Those are the closest of how the story would be. Even though the one-shots are a bit different in portraying Kaine.

I'm still not fully back to being a writer. So I won't say I'm a writer again till I recover. I hope you all understand. 
          
          Sorry, I just wanted to announced that..

Okay so I said that I would stop from writing, right? Well..I think I'm taking small steps to go back to who I really was. The "writer" me. Because it really is the best incarnation of me that made me feel alive.
          
          And I just joined @justwriteit 100 Word Story Prompt challenge (I called like that ). And I wanted to share the 100 word story I made. Which I really heavily edited to fit 100 word limit. So here it is. Let me know what you think! (And a little Spider-Man easter egg..)
          
          Story:
           One Saturday in Queens, Cain was packing his sling bag. He wanted to take a break from life and be alone... It was a big black and crimson bag. The bag consisted of a portable charger, a notepad, a tumbler filled with milk tea. And... his black jacket...
          
           Tears started to fall.... Memories of past sins..sorrow..and regret..flowed through him.. The jacket was a memento to his past sins...and the consequences...that costed him...his father's life.. A keepsake to his father. Who he despised for not being perfect...only to realize he's wrong. A reminder...to forgive his enemies, even his family...

          It's all over the internet. The news. Sony just cancelled the Spider-Man deal because Disney couldn't find a new, better deal.

Hey everyone. 
          
          So...I think I'll take a break from writing. Maybe the right word is...stop?  I just feel like I don't deserve to do it anymore. I lost my dream. More like..I killed it myself. Many things have happened and changed me. Bad things. And I caused it. Don't think of this as a tragedy or make you sympathize me. Please don't. I'm just here to announce that I will not be a writer.
          
          I think it's also time...for my passion projects and dream to be put in grave. Alongside other projects that you don't know about. Or maybe in hiatus..you'll never know. 
          
          Eventually, y'all move on. And I'm fine with that. I just need some time to be alone. Alone and away from friends that I have befriended. Because I feel like I will only hurt them. (That's what happens when you become a toxic person. And when you don't have many friends in real life.) And to move away from their life. 
          
          Whenever you see me commenting around. It's just a ghost. A ghost of a failure.
          
          Some things need an end. Not all things last forever. It's time for me to close this book. And maybe..no new chapters. But I will be leaving a legacy. A failed legacy. A legacy that eventually will be forgotten. Your tears may flow because of me. But only for a while. And you will continue with your life. My story ends here. No sequel. No prequel. No spin-off. No reboot.

          Uh... This is an announcement for the Scarlet Spider/Spider-Man fanfic. I don't think I will continue (developing) it at the moment because..things have been happening. Friendship and some real life stuffs. Because...those are the ones that influence me on deciding and writing the story. I won't update on the status of the fanfic till it's back on track. I'm sorry for this disappointing news.... But I hope you all have good day alright? And keep continuing the thing that you love doing, my fellow authors. Also...take care of your friends. Be grateful to have them because they are like one of the best things in life.
