Hey guys, quick question.
I recently received a notification from Wattpad saying that my book, 'Another Like Me' has been converted to a different language, and another user is posting it as his own work. A fair share of you might have experienced such issues before, but this is a new one for me. What do you think should be my response? How did you guys deal with this?

@Creepsies Well there's two option. Either file a complain to the people running Wattpad, or go to the translator himself and ask them to take the translation down. My guess is that they liked your story so much that they wanted to spread the word in their own way, which is why they translated it in a different language. With that said, they should've asked you for permission first before doing that, and respected your request not to do so if the answer was no.

@metsuuu I'm not sure I'll do that. Romance was never the main focus of this book either way, so it's a little far-fetched to make them break up for no reason. I'm planning to take a much more intense and psychological route for the book, and most of the romance will mostly be sidelined. Sorry about that. There will be short stories and chapters that have interactions with other girls from CoTE, so I guess harem is not exactly out of the equation. It's just not the main focus.

@metsuuu gotchu, also, I know you'll say no but I'm gonna give it a try. do you ever, like, ever plan on making chaiki and takeyama break up? I dunno I just feel like their dynamic is forced. it would've been better in my opinion if it were horikita, or just straight up make takeyama single but with a harem. again your answer is obvious but I still wanna give it a shot.

@dengandos hey! thanks for supporting my work, glad you liked it! Hmm, I haven't actually given those exams much thought. The entire point of skipping those two exams was to set the plot for the second book, which sees a very drastic shift in storyline. So, even though it's not in the plan rn, I'll definitely keep it in mind!
