I'm so tired of these white ass stories where the girl is white, the boy is white and all their friends are white. And the only other race people remember to mention is Asians. Like people SWEAR these be the most diverse they can get. And not to mention the biggest problem spoken of in these stories is feminism, and the one after feminism is homophobia. Apparently in authors minds there's no such thing as racism, unless the author is black or just aware they have white privilege and that it shouldn't be that way. Like the most diverse it'll get with a white protagonist is that the girl has red hair and the guy she's with is half Italian and half American. And god forbid she doesn't have a crazy Latina best friend, who MIGHT know a black girl. These stories on here are starting to loose their shine to me. I'd run into a greatly written story, but then I'd feel inferior because I can never catch a black girl in it, and it just dims the whole experience.
