Originally I thought that maybe the protagonist for False Red was maybe taken to the "original" Red's world or that both world's had merged. But with Lance saying that they were born there, does that mean that the "original" Kanto replaced the protagonist's version of Kanto? Or did both world's merge and only our protagonist and the rest of the word stayed the same and only the people in the "original" Kanto were unaffected? Did Red get taken to the protagonist's version of their Kanto where "Red" doesn't exist?
