I've worked in some pretty unusual places-oil sands in Alberta, a port in Madagascar, iron mines in the Arctic, nuclear power by Lake Ontario, and even gold fields up north. Along the way, I collected more stories than I could carry. Writing science fiction is my way of sharing them-just with a bit more aliens and starships.
