Can i just be brutally honest with you guys?
I mean, like, BRUTALLY honest?
I know you guys told me you visit my art and you DO genuinely look at it when i post stuff, trust me, i believe ya'll.
But oddly enough, i only seem to truly feel even the slightest bit recognized when people leave at least one or two comments on my pieces...
Now don't get me wrong, I don't want people to think i'm being an attention hog cause i hate attention hogs and i hate being one, but my brain doesn't feel satisfied or liked enough without seeing what people want to say about my art.
There's no pressure, but i just miss seeing what you guys had to say when i made new pieces, does that make sense?
I hope i'm not being too selfish or asking for too much, you guys can tell me if i am.

@Centroxl Honestly? I get it! It’s disheartening when something you work so hard on gets little attention. And even when it IS getting attention, it’s hard to see that without genuine feedback. It’s not selfish if you ask me! It’s just wanting your stuff to be liked! I can understand with some of the stories I make.
@Centroxl No no its ok!! I don't blame you at all for feeling like this, I get why you miss back when you would get around a handful or so comments and attention on your art, you deserve to have your hard work noticed, however sadly wattpad isn't as widely used as what it used to be as what it was back in 2018 - 2021, but one thing wont change and that will be me and some others coming back to look at your work!
@Centroxl honestly, i get it, its just really dead here now. people have moved to discord and some people to ao3, and theres me who uses pretty much all platforms that i can talk to people on. i miss those times man. but trust me we are still here, just.. somewhere lmao

I think gooseworx intentionally made jax as a hateable, annoyingly mean character to make everyone hate him in the beginning only for things to take the biggest turn ever. Example; the reason he bullies people is because he doesn't remember, but maybe it turns out he has a bunch of unsolved, unaddressed trauma in his actual life.
Just a theory, take my interpretation with a grain of salt, please.
