I am a YA fantasy author that loves to write - but you probably already guessed that!

So when I’m not writing  (and I am like a woman possessed when in writing mode. Imagine the demon headmaster crossed with the exorcist though perhaps a little less creepy….maybe. Whatever happened to the demon headmaster? That was a good series! He visited my school once for an assembly when I was 8) But anyway! 

I work in a boarding cattery with my family (for those of you who don’t know what that is it means I look after people’s cats when they go on holiday – and yes, even the angry ones). I have an older sister who looks, talks and thinks like me and we are often mistaken for the same person –  so if someone calls me her name when I’m having a bad hair day I’m not going to go to too much effort in correcting them…

I live in Kent, the garden of England I think they call it though I think the puddle of England might be more fitting as it never seems to stop raining. I am also one of those shameless people who will be in flip flops at the slightest glimmer of sunshine.

I’m very into my tv series and can often be found wide-eyed and shell-shocked at a sudden revelation in the latest netflix series – my flat mate discovered me post-Breaking Bad finale…it wasn’t pretty…
