SO, WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH 'THE EXILED KING' AND 'SHADOW KINGDOMS'?
As you know, I am still working on the TEK series but my writing style and abilities were simply too outdated in 'Shadow Kingdoms' so I've rewritten it - as 'The Exiled King'. Eventually, I intend to group the entire trilogy in 'The Exiled King'.
WHAT'S THE ORDER I SHOULD READ THE BOOKS IN?
Well, here's the thing: Currently you cannot read 'The Exiled King' and then continue to 'Shattered Kingdoms'. The reason for that is that I've made major edits that include removing characters and changing names, not to mention switching up the timeline and cutting out chapters. But I wrote 'Shattered Kingdoms' right after I wrote 'Shadow Kingdoms', so it was written taking into account all the characters and plotlines that do not exist in 'The Exiled King'.
If you want to read both books, I'd suggest starting with 'Shadow Kingdoms' if you can stomach the bad writing. If not, I'd highly recommend you start with 'The Exiled King'.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED ON 'THE EXILED KING TRILOGY'?
Since August 25th, 2018... I know, it's a long time and only two books to show for it.
