Took a break with Genuine You. No other reason than I feel that burn-out coming my way but I think I'll pick it up later this week. I've slowly been adding to my paranormal/mystery The Talis Man though - It's fun to switch between stories and genres. Also, been slowly doing review swaps, beta reading, and read for reads this week. I learn so much by reading other writers stuff! It's a joy. Anywayz, hope the day is great and for the writers - know you're great and for the readers - know you're great too :)

Thanks for adding my book to your reading list.  Of the two books I've written it's honestly my favorite, even if it's still not getting the attention my other one's getting.  It's recently been added to the official Watty Historical Fiction reading list.  I hope you'll enjoy reading it as much as I've enjoyed creating that world.

Alright, scratch that on crossposting a story from Royalroad to here. Instead, I have a new story line happening. I'm excited. I started this idea more than 10 years ago and I drafted the full-length novel out in January '21 but it didn't carry the impact I was looking for. So this is a new spin on the same concept and I'm happy to retell my original story in a voice that reflects my current writing skills. I am ready to finish Genuine You BECAUSE I have another idea floating around in my head that I need to get out. It's going to be magical realism I think. Not sure what other genres it'll fall into but definitely going to add in some supernatural stuff. Excited to change up the genres.

Ah! I have so much energy today. I am six chapter in to a spinoff of Forgot About You. It's in a similiar narrative but not a continuous seam narrative like the former. It follows Lil' Sam and Mila before the story of Forgot About You begins. 
          
          Also, I've been writing another story. I have it up on Roaylroads, but thought it'd be nice to have everything in one spot. 
          
          I think it's important to practice our craft on the fly - so that's what my random, high-fantasy story is. No plotting just applying all I've learned into each chapter. It's kind of fun but WAYYYYY different than Forgot About and Genuine You.
