          Literally the only reason Military Appreciation Month isn't more widely known is because companies haven't monopolized the FUCK out of it which they have done to Pride Month
          
          
          Also to everyone who says "There should be Straight Pride!!" Um...pride month is about bringing attention to the shit non-straight people have gone through for the past hundreds of years. It's not about saying "oh I'm gay so I should be celebrated" it's about saying "um, can we have basic human rights and also not be illegal in over 70 countries and be radically hated in all the others just because we aren't straight please?"

The LGBTQ+ community has been demonized, abused, assaulted, and hated for no fucking reason for hundreds, and I say HUNDREDS of YEARS!!           Oh, and don't judge a entire community based on the actions of a few. That practically destroyed the Feminist movement, which I may remind you, ISNT ABOUT HATING OR ADVOCATING FOR THE DEATH OF MEN. it's about true Equality for eveyone regardless of gender. That's what all of these movements are originally about!! Pride, Feminists, BLM, all of them where originally about true Equality, but people and media only focus on the bad people claiming they are part of these groups, and the corrupt people in said groups. I support the IDEA, the true IDEAS of all of these groups advocating for equality. I do not condone those who take it way to far and cause more harm than good, or use these groups for their own twisted ends.
