I get that. People were excited about fics around that time. I used to get a lot of comments/opinions/feedbacks on my stories back then. It's not the same anymore. People hardly ever comment. Almost everyone is a ghost reader. That’s a crumb from a writer’s POV. All in all… Things changed. I am just elated whenever my older peeps find me. There weren’t a lot, but I always expect 4 people to come find me occasionally. When they do, I feel like my story has finally been read by the worthy audience.
