Can anyone else not see comments on their stories?
@123girafe123 @iwantaferret_ yeah, I’m not sure why this is happening. Comments are one of my favorite things about this app so it’s a bit frustrating
@Broadway_Crackers Yeah! I’ll click and it’ll say not found, and when I go to the all comments tab, it’s like the comment wasn’t there in the first place

Honestly, I’m not sure yet, friend. I have an idea and a few chapters written for the ending. I mainly post whenever I have time haha (which is not a lot), so it may get done?

Tbf I just had week 3 of camp last week and it was one of my long ones haha (this week starts the last week and it’s the other long one lol)
To do list:
- Summer work
- Finish the Orace story that I started (CAUSE ITS GOOD AND I WANT TO POST IT BUT I HAVENT EVEN MADE A COVER )
- Made the road trip edit for my group
- Edit the final vlog of one of our behind the scenes for the movie
- Make several insta posts and organize my highlights
- FINISH THE CARDS I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO LAST WEEK FOR MY CAMP FOLKS

Hot take: I do not love Cynthia Erivo as Jesus Christ
Like I think she is an incredible performer, but the tempo is so slow compared to other versions and I hate the runs?
Tbf, I have two versions of Gethsemane I like a ton and no others can compare so I may just have high standards. (I struggle to listen to parts of the recorded version too)
I think her emotion and acting is immensely powerful, but I struggle with some of the vocal decisions made by her
Thoughts?
@iwantaferret_ validddd. I knew when I typed it that it was a bizarre start lol It is haha. Like I genuinely think some of the casting is good. Pippa is always incredible — def runs for my favorite Mary — Milo is good, but my favorite Peter will never be beat, and Adam is like okay, his voice is good even and I don’t hate his interpretation, but the acting is lacking. I’m all for gender bent characters but it’s super hard to gender bend Judas and Jesus because their ranges are so wild. I’ve got similar issues with her interpretation as I do with John’s, but both are still incredible. Her acting is PHENOMENAL

Could you explain the Wattpad Newsies Association thing to me? Ive seen a lot of people talking about it, and I can't figure out what it is.
It was an old group a few fansies made. We wrote stories together and had a group chat, and it was just kind of a silly thing we created during Covid because we were all lonely. It kinda fell apart, but occasionally, you can still find some of us around

I so desperately want to publish the newest book I’ve been working on, but I only have 12 chapters “done” and I don’t even have a fully thought-out plot yet
Nor do I have a cover and I hateee making those
But it’ll be good if I ever do post it
(It’s Orace, but it’s got some of my favorite banter I’ve ever written — outside of the “I’m pan” “I’ll hit you with a pan” interaction)
