My name is Adam. I am a police detective and host of the Writer's Detective Bureau, the weekly podcast dedicated to helping authors and screenwriters write professional quality crime-related fiction.  I do that by answering writers' questions about police work/criminal investigation, providing research tactics, and teaching some of the details about investigations that TV and movies often gloss over.

I am currently writing a writer's reference book about police procedure and criminal investigation.
