For the people that can draw people, how do you I do it? Any tips?

This might not rly help that much, but I normally think of things as shapes. So like, I draw a circle for example for a head and manage to outline the face in the middle. I learnt the body things mainly form tuts on tt and yt, some of those might be able to help you :)

Sometimes I take pics of my friends or classmates randomly during class and use them as base when I try to learn anatomy but I only use this when I draw digital. When I draw on paper I go to Pinterest and look for some pose bases/references. I also like to watch some random Anime clips and also practice anatomy there, it really helps:) And sometimes I take pictures of my eyes for expression practice(I have same face syndrome when I draw).
