So me and my dad were talking and were debating on whether we want to go to the family dollar to get Christmas decorations. Then I comment on how the family dollar is a peasants store so my dad goes all out saying, "only people on welfare go to the family dollar", "that's for poor people", "only poor scumbags go to the family dollar" so then ask, "so we're going to the dollar gen?"
"No" He laughs, "We're going to the family dollar".
We got to the store and I had seen a black person in there. Now were I live, I'm one of the VERY few black people here. I am the blackest teenage girl in this town (Im a little brown girl like Liza Koshy and Superwoman{youtubers} I can say this because I know everyone in this town. Its very small. Also Im brown, my moms half black and my dad 100% cauc) so when we walk out of the store, I say, "Its always so weird to see a black person in town".
My dad shrugs.
"Its the family dollar" he says (referring to earlier when he was talking about "poor" and "welfare scumbags")

That was literally the reason I removed my profile picture and I genuinely am considering whether I should just change my name right now.
It hurts removing my Obama profile picture. My life is not complete anymore
