Omg :/ they had kicked me out of Wattpad for whatever reason and I to reset my password. 

I finally got to see Captain America Civil War! I'm so happy.

I think Tony is jealous of Bucky and he feels that Bucky is influencing Steve in a bad way. Also after watching the new trailer I don't think Black Widow is completely on Tony's side because there was one scene where she told him "I'm not the one he needs to watch there back." O there not just fighting about Bucky its also the superhero registration act that's main reason there fighting.
