Sorry my account hasn’t been working but I’m back. And I have. Loads of poems to share. Much better than my other ones.

It is you that makes my heart race. 
          Yet he is the one who shelters me from the rain. 
          It is your smile that i dream about. 
          But his which appears when he hears my name. 
          It is your handsome face I wish to kiss. 
          But his scarred face that softens with me. 
          It is your gifts I hold close 
          But his which hold more love than value. 
          It is your laugh that accompanies my jokes. 
          But his which is a rare music that only I hear. 
          
          You step back 
          As he steps forward 
          If the world were to stop
          Would you find me? 
          Or would he save me from myself? 
          If the world were to end
          Would you shelter me? 
          Or is it he who will protect me with his last breath. 
          
          So why do I chase you and not stop still? 
          Why do I hold you as close as he does me in my heart? 
          
          I do not know the answer, as I am still lost within myself 
          I know ,however, I am foolish, 
          For chasing you that does not love. 
          And running from he who does. 

I found out today that yesterday was the 16th anniversary of Madeleine McCann’s disappearance. 
          She disappeared on May 3rd 2007 in a holiday apartment in Portugal. 
          She’s was only a 3 year old British girl. 
          It’s been a big thing over Britain and everyone knows of her. 
          If she is alive I hope she can find her family and that she is safe. 
          And if she did ,unfortunately, pass. Then I hope she is living happily among the fields of asphodel.

Bought  three new books for my birthday today. More to come. 
          Two romances and shatter me. 
          Going to a town with loads of book shops on Sunday. So yay! 

I love how miraculous is made for kids yet most of the audience is us teenagers XD

fellow brits, did you get the government alarm thing too? i was in a café and they all just went off

They say dreaming is harmless, that you can get nightmares but that's it, that nightmares aren't that bad. But what about night terrors?  
          Every night as i fell asleep i would be in that place, it was dark and cold. All i could hear were screams and the merciless laughs of others. They were my screams, that was my mind. I vowed never to sleep again but i always would in fear of my health. But my health is worthless if i can't sleep. 
          
          you might notice this is all in past tense. that's because she came into my life, her warm embrace and soft smile let me snuggle into her arms. Her forest green eyes and musical laugh let me drift off. 
          
          and so in her embrace my night terrors became dreams once more, the dark, cold atmosphere became light and warm, the screams became love confessions and the dark laughs became giggles of excitement. 
          And every night she would turn to me and say "My dearest wife, how could i ever live without you?" but i would already be asleep with a smile on my face. 
          
          
          it was a YouTube thing and you had to write a small story etc with the word dreaming. thought i'd share
