Hi Everyone,

When I got into the writing business, I naively thought it was all sunshine and rainbows. It's not. It's hard work and a ton of rejections. I'm always facing impostor syndrome, and I get down on myself quite easily.

And then I get something like this posted to my Facebook page (I've omitted the spoilers): Why would you take a story that people loved and completely ruin it? The parts 2 & 3 of This Much is True are absolute garbage... No wonder you keep losing readers daily.

This person posted it freely on my Facebook page for all to see, so I can only assume they were proud of their comment. I won't publish their name and I've now disabled the Visitor Posts option. The only comments anyone can now make are on my posts.

I get that people may not like the direction a story is going. And a part of me wants to ask this person why they think saying such cruel, hurtful things about me as a writer and the story I have poured yourself into is something they needed to share publicly on my Facebook page.

And the other part of me doesn't care.

With that said, let's try to be nice to each other a little more right now. Give virtual hugs to those we love, help those who may need it, stay safe in these dangerous times and, most importantly, let's be kind and thoughtful.

          	Hugs,
          	Anna

@AnnaAlbo you are one of the few writers that capture my attention when I start reafing any of yourstories, so much to the point that I will not stop reading in the middle of a chapter, and I take about two days max to read any of your stories your writing grasps my attention feom start to finish and I can almost feel like i'm there experiencing all the emotions, ups & downs, the highs and lows....keep writing awesome stories forget the negative comments.

@AnnaAlbo I am enjoying reading about the individual characters and how they've grown since book one. I do wish the book were for sale...hint hint..maybe in the future. Keep doing what you are doing. Ignore the haters!

Hey Anna, Hope you are well. There is this app called chapters , it's the interactive story kind. I read a story there and it's awfully similar to the senator's son. I wanted to ask you have legally allowed from your end. I don't appreciate when people steal work like this. I really enjoyed reading it. Thank you!

AnnaAlbo

@pri-ka-choo If it's called Behind Closed Doors, then yes! It is based on the Senator's Son.

In light of a terrible situation (coronavirus), I just had to say....YOU ARE A DAMN GOOD writer! Your books are so captivating! I always end up reading the entire thing. I legit start reading at 10 PM and will stay up until 5 AM reading. I have been reading your books for maybe 3 or 4 years and I just had to tell you! They are AMAZING and I hope you go very far with this talent!

AnnaAlbo

@ASAP_Kia It's a pretty grim time, right? Keep safe and healthy!

And thank you for the kind words and enjoying my books!

Hi Everyone,

I missed updating a few chapters of This Much Is True part 2, but I'm back on schedule, so my apologies.

I'm hoping everyone is keeping safe. Where I am, we are self-isolating.

How is it where you are?

What have you been doing to keep busy?

I've been doing a lot of writing and editing. I plan a total re-write of Without You that I'll be entering into the Wattys.

I'd love to hear what you've been doing to keep busy.

          Anna

@AnnaAlbo My country isn't on total lockdown....But people aren't allowed to move about except to get supplies, only, few grocery stores, Banks, Hospitals and pharmaceuticals in states are allowed open. Also we're maintaining social distancing. Wattpad has been keeping me busy aside from watching movies, playing games and just relaxing and listening to music.

I'm also keeping busy with school stuff cause when school opens and all this is hopefully over, there's gonna be a rush on the school curriculum, so I might as well study while staying home.

Hi, I have just read clarity. It is an amazing book with deep emotions. But I was not expecting the end and the sequel thing. You don't have an insta or Facebook account. So it's hard to know when the sequel is coming. But plz keep us updated.

AnnaAlbo

@cute724princess I am on Facebook and have an Instagram account. Both links are on my Wattpad profile page. You can also join my newsletter to get updates on new releases if that helps. This is the link to my newsletter. http://www.annaalbo.com/newsletter-signup/

Hi my name is Olivia and I was wondering if you could direct me to where your book shut up and talk is posted. I saw the teaser preview when I purchased your boys of winter series on Kindle and I was just wondering is it a book that hasn’t come out yet or is it somewhere that I need to be looking. I’m really excited to read it.

Hi! I want to ask about the continuation of TMIT on radish. Are you already decided the end of the story?
Whether the story end in season 3 or are you going to prolong the story in further season?
Because i don't have a great long-term memory and also a quite impatient person I rather to read the story at one go, so i don't forget the other characters in it.
          Thanks!

Btw i love your stories. Keep it up!

napnab

@AnnaAlbo hi! Because i currently self isolating, i finally finished season 2 of TMIT on radish
I want to ask whether you consider to make the wait time of each chapter a bit faster? I saw some writers put their story in 4 hours and 6 hours. Since a lot of us has nothing to do here, my uni is also closed.
            Thanks!

@napnab I haven't decided yet. As long as I enjoy writing it and there is a story to tell, I'll keep going.

Ok. Please don't take this the wrong way. I love all your books and you're one of my favourites here on wattpad. But Tbh, I'm getting fed up of TMIT. Its like I'm going in circles. Where is the progress? Twice a week, I get excited when I see you've updated only to be disappointed when I see its basically the same thing as the last chapter. I need progress please. And it feels like Emma is being put in the background. Its all Zach. ZACH. ZACH. Please are they going to end up together? What's up with Genie and Emma's Dad? Where is the book leading to? Please I'm tired of reading the same thing every week. Thank you.

Pheezarh98

@AnnaAlbo Oooh Alright. But hopefully there will be progress next update. *fingers crossed*
I've read After the Rain and Without You and I absolitely love them. Still waiting on a sequel for Without You tho.

@Pheezarh98 I can't tell you where the book is leading--that would be giving it all away.

I'm sorry to hear you tired of reading it. I do have other books on Wattpad you can read that you may enjoy more. After the Rain is one of my favorites as well as Without You.
