Angeline, we saw your post and I have to admit that apart from everything, we value your opinion.

We are certainly not promoting slut-shaming or anything, and we do not want it to look that way. Slut-shaming is something many girls suffer from, and in all cases it is sexist, unfair and cruel. I understand, however, why you would consider that our campaign is related to that.

I don't know if you have read our information book, but I'm pretty sure that it says that it is okay to have overused ideas (clichés), but we ALWAYS encourage people to make their clichés original. Actually, one of our judging requirements for our awards, is to choose a winner who has a cliché but is able to give them their personal twist.

I know it can be pretty confusing and maybe contradictory, but that's our view :)

Again, we are sorry if in some way you considered we were okay with slut-shaming or original stories or something in between.

          Thank you for being honest,

Angeline--

(By accident sent that before I finished, so this is my continuation) I do know that all books don't slüt shame, so I apologize (again) for associating cliches with slüt shaming.

Angeline--

I do deeply apologize for what I said. I commented that minutes before I read your information book. I love the idea though! People should be able to write cliches, but, have their own personal twist to it. Sorry if I came across as rude :)
Idek what I was thinking though with slüt shaming.
