When the next chapter of forgotten story 

We finally got our own place, we’re no longer homeless and living with my in laws. Just got the keys today and of course today had to be the day where everything else had to happen too. But I’m finally getting on my feet again. Hoping to get internet and a washer and dryer in the new place tomorrow. Then it’s continuing to sanitize and wash everything that comes through the door to avoid any unwanted visitors (aka the roaches). 

So life update: we moved to Georgia… a few days before Christmas. So what did Santa give us this year? A roach infested trailer home, and here I thought coal was bottom of the list. Cross the entirety of the US to get in a place so infested it is practically uninhabitable. We killed a 100 in three days, I thought my husband was gonna lose his mind so at midnight of day three he told me I had five days to find a new place or we would have no choice but to sign officially on the roach den. Since there was no way we’re having our toddler and a newborn live in those conditions we started looking everywhere else. One night we slept in our car because my husband started having nightmares of roaches crawling on me and our daughter and last night my daughter and I got a hotel room because a friend paid for it for us when she heard we slept in our car. We’ve got an application in for a nicer, non roach infested apartment and they’re working with us to get us out of this nightmare we now just need an approval and we can start putting our lives back together again. 

Okay, I have some great news. I'm officially feeling better. It should stay this way... crossing my fingers. But, this is the first week where I've been able to eat dinner without getting sick for months. The first week I've been able to function all day without needing to lie down for months. I'm making huge progress. And, all I've been able to think about this entire time I've been sick is all the chapters I wanna write and the characters I want to introduce. I've been thinking about ways I can improve my writing to make reading my books more enjoyable. I'm so excited to finally be healthy enough to get back into writing again. It's been far too long and I wish the medicine did a better job with this condition. The move is well... Annoying and delayed, but we're still moving. This is just an announcement that I'll be slowly getting back in the swing of things and I can say my hiatus is coming to an end.

This will be the first day I miss a release day for Hisako’s story since my laptop died five months ago. So I’ll tell you all the reasons why. They’re good and some bad. First, I’m pregnant with my second child. Yay! Bad news to that is I have a rare condition that can become fatal if it’s not treated right called hyperemisis Gravidarum. I’m on so many drugs I’m losing track and I’m still not able to function daily. Sometimes just looking at a screen makes me sick. . Now the other big news that’s keeping me from posting or just writing in general, I’m making a huge move. Like cross country move. Colorado to Georgia to be specific. As soon as we find a place to rent we’re packing up and moving. So it could be a few weeks from now or two months from now. But top that off with this awful condition, well, yeah. I’m having to do something I’ve never wanted to do because of how much I enjoy and love writing but I’m drained. I’m going to be going on a temporary hiatus. I’ll still post chapters in Hisako’s story as I can edit what I have written I still have at least 6 weeks of her content to post before I catch up and I’ll still be as active as I can with my friends and followers but I don’t think I’m going to be posting anything new in the Dragon Knight story at least until I get this move over with and can start functioning again. Thank you all for your patience! I’ll be back in the swing of things once I can get on stable ground again. 

My previous update has aged like milk. Yes, my muse has returned. However, I have very few opportunities to take advantage of that from a debilitating condition I am temporarily suffering with. It won't last forever, and I'm hoping to be feeling better in a few months but until then, everything is going to be incredibly slow. But I am still working on stuff. I've been working on a YouTube channel, a new book for Hisako that will have a ton of short stories for her, and more. So over the next few months, expect more updates from me as I start feeling better and getting things moving.

My muse is slowly returning, yay! I also have some big news that's going to be coming down the pipeline soon. Including a posting schedule for my Dragon Knight series.

My muse has decided to take a break for a moment. I'll be back to posting regular chapters in my two new stories soon and I'll still have a new chapter every week for Hisako's second book. But the reason why my muse ran away is a fun story. About two ish months ago, my home flooded. Dealt a lot of property damage and it was almost completely unlivable. My laptop broke which meant I lost hours upon hours of videos for a project I was working on. And I live in a family where four people drive so we need four cars. Well, of our five cars, three broke within a week of each other. My husband's phone broke, we just got our house fixed a week ago, and now my phone is breaking. My laptop is back in working order but all I have to say is ouch, and I also say this with some bit of humor in my tone because, at this point, it's comical how much went wrong in such a short time frame. Apparently, this really took its toll on my muse and I haven't even been able to write a chapter in almost two weeks. But, again, I'm sure my muse will get off her lazy butt sometime soon so I can go crazy and write a ton again like I love doing.

Well, that took longer than I thought it would. Chapter One in the Rise of the Last Dragon Knight is posted! It was one of the most difficult chapters I've ever written with very mature themes. It isn't for the weak but, there is a happy ending to it. Go check it out!
