          About other characters 
          
          Pittoo: brief side character
          Pittoo (formally known of Dark/Kuro Pit) is Pit's flawed clone, while most fanon projects identify him as Pit's twin. He debuted in Kid Icarus: Uprising and was created from the Mirror of Truth. Pittoo is Pit's darkest reflection and desires-- the thoughts if he lived for himself, didn't serve anyone, and was bitter with his life. 
          Pittoo is often gruff and standoffish. He speaks little, and often does just to make a rude comment or berate Pit. Despite this, he's a fan-favorite in the Kid Icarus and Smash fandom. He does possess loyalty, as he's saved Pit's life before, and even fought beside him. He is one of Pit's greatest rivals, as they are typically equal in skill and strength.
          
          Richter and Simon Belmont: Rivals (will change)
          Richter and Simon are from the Castlevania franchise... I believe their gaming company is Capcom. Richter is Simon's grandson, as they come from a.long lineage of vampire hunters. Due to some time travel and paradoxes, Simon isn't dead in this timeline-- instead, he and his grandson stand side by side. 
          Both men have strong senses of justice, and an even stronger hatred against vampires and any other monsters. This may cause them to turn against their allies at the Smash Castle, giving them a prideful, standoffish vibe. Richter stands mostly under his grandfather's shadow as he teaches him.
          
          "The orb" and "black floating eyeball" in these chapters are not my own characters. 
          Viridi: Goddess of Nature, used to be one of Pit's nemesis. 
          Palutena: Pit's goddess, the one he serves. 
          Rex, Pyra, and Mythra: Characters from Xenoblade Chronicles 2, supposed future friends of Shulk's in official XC canon.

          Pit: Secondary Protagonist 
          
          History
          The Nintendo staple of Golden Retriever. Pit is the bright angel protagonist of the fantasy-comedy Kid Icarus, his design stapled after his most recent game... About a decade and a half ago (fans weep everyday). 
          Pit's story is set in the ancient world of Skyworld, Greek and Rome era. He serves his goddess, Lady Palutena, against every threat that comes his way.
          
          Story
          We first met him when he was trapped down in the Underworld, where he was given Palutena's Bow to defeat the wicked Medusa, save his goddess, and his home. Since then, the games have focused on Pit's god-slaying and world-saving adventures. 
          
          Turn of Events, AU 
          In this lore, I decided to give it a darker tone. Pit's parents were whe turned to stone and shattered by Medusa. Pit has a heartbreaking history of being looked down upon. He had found solitude in Shulk about a year and a half ago, when the engineer helped him fix his flying disability. 
          He has poor emotional regulation skills due to being stuck in a young man's body for centuries, plus his immense trauma.

          Shulk: Main Protagonist 
          
          History 
          From the game Xenoblade Chronicles, a fantasy, science fiction, and existential game. A twenty-three-year old man raised that the land Bionis, a god frozen in time. The Bionis was in a neverending war with another land, the Mechonis, which cannibalized his people, the Homs (Humans depending on ether.)
          Weapon:
          He possesses a powerful, god slaying, future sight seeing sword called the Monado.
          
          Story 
           After 
          1. Being possessed by Zanza, who killed him when he was just around 6 years old, and lived as a walking corpse,
          2. In a neverending cycle of war to eventually be consumed by the Bionis's spirit, Zanza ,
          3. Tethered so strongly to Zanza that when he was stabbed by his adoptive father and the god left his body, he was left comatose,
          4: ....pretty mad 
          He killed Zanza, swore off the gods, and the Monado.
          
          Turn of Events; AU
           - He recovered the Monado a year later. 
          
          Personality
          -highly intelligent
          - kind, but prone to wrath when provoked. 
          - loving and protective of his friends
          -skeptic 
           - skilled engineer and an arguably even better fighter. 
          - quiet, gentle most of the time

          Starting in 1999, its main premise is characters from multiple franchises coming together in a grand crossover fighting game. It expanded to multiple game companies-- Nintendo was its staple, then broadened to Sega, Capcom, Bandai Namco, Disney, Square Enix, Mojang, and more.
