Amelia Kahaney

I’ve been paid to drive a truck, teach college, sling pizzas, raise funds for good causes, make cappuccinos, and organize a genetics lab (not necessarily in that order), but the job that makes me feel like the luckiest human alive is writing books. I live with my son, two aquatic frogs, and my husband, but I spend a lot of my time in Bedlam City and other fictional worlds. 

I like secret powers, thwarted plans, unexpected ass kicking and uncertain love. Also snacks. I like snacks a lot. 

My debut novel, THE BROKENHEARTED, was published by HarperTeen on October 8, 2013. The second book in Brokenhearted series, THE INVISIBLE, will be published on October 7, 2014.
