The Ambassadors can help steer you in the direction of general information, but if you need anything more than that then you'll need to contact Wattpad via the Help pages. They have a ticket style system setup where you submit a request and that goes through to the folks at Wattpad HQ
what was the first book on wattpad that is still available?
@_seorisfakehappy_ - I think it was probably one of the stories on the @gutenberg profile. That profile was populated with thousands of copyright free stories when Wattpad first started.
Listen guys, I do not know why you did this, but, I want you to know that we need our DM be back asap. How can we know our followers on the platform without discuss with them much more because You decided to suppress the DM functionalities ? The only function to animate our profil and to be closed to our people, you've suppress it.

The Ambassadors are volunteers and have no influence over this decision. Greetings! I had a small query regarding the disability of user-to-user private messaging. Since from May 6, it will no longer be a feature on this app, does it mean previous chats will be deleted as well?
They hold a lot of memories from my dear readers who have messaged me privately about my books. It's be too sad amd disappointing if those chats/memories get deleted as well.
So, for that, I request a early notice if they will be deleted or retained. So if needed, I can somehow save those chats (either by screenshoting or any other way).
I hope for your prompt response and concern towards this matter.

@randomly_Elora offline books has been reduced to 2 for a while now, at least in the private library part.
@randomly_Elora - I'm not aware of any changes to Reading Lists, that article talks about changes to Private Messaging. Have you checked the Help pages to look at Reading Lists and how they work? That's probably your best bet.
Why are you removing private messages on Wattpad? That was the only way I could get closer to my followers, fellow writers, and friends. I hope you change your mind removing this feature. Or perhaps, bring it back after a while.
@Joloite888 - my personal point of view is irrelevant. I am here to help users as best as I can with answers to their questions and/or point them in the direction of information. The point here is that Wattpad have taken the decision, not the Ambassadors.
@TheOrangutan so, do you care about the decision Watt have taked around the private mesages?
@Joloite888 - incorrect. But sometimes there's only a limited amount we can do. In this instance all the Ambassadors can do is point people in the direction of Help pages and suggest contact should be made direct with Wattpad.

@AnimalSaga394 - feedback gets an AI reply to acknowledge receipt, but that does not mean that it is ignored.
