I broke my ribs during sword practice this past Friday. It’s great how advanced our medical community can be in this day and age - but for broken ribs, they still say, “Sorry, champ, but there’s nothing we can do. Just take it easy for the next six weeks and try not to make it worse.”
          
          Well alright. 
          
          In the meantime, does anyone have any tips for how to sleep with broken ribs?

Nothing like coming home for winter break and both households are renovating the bathroom. *sigh*
          
          Anywho - caio, tutti! I hope everyone’s having a wonderful winter! (It IS winter already, right? It feels like it. I’ve worn snow boots for the past week even though the temperature hasn’t dropped below forty in days.) I’m not sure when/how my stories will resume any kind of update schedule, but I’ll try to keep you posted. If I’m not elbow-deep in plumbing over the next two weeks, I’ll see what I can do about writing. 
          
          For those of you in a celebratory season, I wish you a happy holiday(s)! And to you all, I hope you have a fantastic rest of the 2017 year.

Two weeks left in this semester. Then I can faceplant on my bed and not move until the twenty-forth. 
          
          I seriously need to catch up on sleep.

          Happy first of December! 
          
          NaNoWriMo went… as well as could be expected. I did NOT reach my 50k goal for solely fiction writing, but when I added up my word count for both NaNoWriMo AND all of the papers I wrote during November, the total was ~64k. Can I call that a win?
          
          Hopefully December will bring more to the stage, as I'm finishing up another semester at university and [should] have more time to write. 
          
          I hope all my American followers had a happy Thanksgiving this past weekend; and I hope you all have a wonderful December!

Well. I, uh, don't remember the last time I slept.

I have been up for two hours, working on a paper. It is now six in the morning. The paper is still not done. 
          
          *sigh*
