Remus' story (probably named 'It Will Come Back'):
Charlotte Shiro was tired of the mess of growing up with her mother when she took a year from school to get a career in music, much against her mother's wishes. However, once the year was over and she was expected to go back to school, the Japanese School of Magic refused her entrance due to her reputation as the singer of a rock band in such a strict and conformist country in the 1990s. It left one option: go back to Scotland, her birth country, and study in Hogwarts, even if her mother was horrified at the idea.
What she didn't know was that her mother's horror was because her father, the one she never heard a single word about, had just escaped prison.
*Has a one night stand with Remus before meeting him again Hogwarts, only to find out that not only he's a wizard, but he is her professor (and her father's best friend).
MAIN THEMES: Belonging, Bipolar Disorder (mother), Motherhood, Fatherhood. Romance is not as heavy as one might imagine
Severus' story (probably named 'Indigo Night'):
Eleanor Laurent had escaped a nightmare. Her rights and her body were violated in every way possible, and yet she continued to survive, even after she killed on to run away.
Her godmother, Emmeline, had done her best to help her, but she wasn't a powerful person, just a low-worker in the Ministry, so she got in contact with Dumbledore, who agreed to protect Eleanor in exchange for her wand in the war that was about to come. Eleanor agreed.
Stuck in a cottage, she was taught magic by McGonagall and Snape. But her past doesn't leave her alone as she prayed, because she is thown right back into a new nightmare as a spy.
MAIN THEMES: Grief, SA, CSA, Prostitution, C-PTSD, Spying, VERY TRIGGERING IN GENERAL. The romance plot, though important, is certainly different from the ones I wrote before.
What do we think?? Which one are most excited about?
