            According to the closest we can get to the actual FNAF timeline, Springtrap- aka William Afton- is still out there plotting the murder of children in a hole in the back of what will someday become the horror attraction in the third game.
            And all the funtime animatronics are in a basement of Baby's World.
            Also, it's not quite canon yet, but Mike Afton (Crying Child) may be a robot and his remains might be in the FNAF 4 box-
            Also in Japan there are only 2 Kid Icarus games, not 3 like everywhere else, and they are called the "Light Myth" series, but that's not important to this fact that if you look at all the pits in all the games, you can see a clear progression as Pit climbs the ranks- Kid Icarus, random prisoner that gets caught up in the mess- of myths and monsters, soldier in the army who needs to train for the final battle against the Demon King what's-his-name- and Uprising, Captain of the guard. That eliminates question of timeline- but still, since Sakurai bought it from someone else in Nintendo, I have to wonder if it was originally supposed to be the same Pit... well, better read the second game's manual-
