Actually it's a good thing to have such a healthy distraction, but what could be not a good thing is to abuse it. I mean, if you wanna go workout, and it makes you feel better, just go, change your mind, feel good. But it's good not to overdo a good thing.
Workout, rest, feel good, repeat.
