I started a new book called "Just a Thought." It's a suicide prevention book. This book means a lot to me because I've actually been working on it for a while and everything in it is an emotion I've felt. I know how much depression and suicide can hurt people and I know what it's like to feel as though you can't get help from anyone. Even if you choose not to read this book please just know that suicide and depression are very real and dangerous things. If you or anyone you know are suffering from depression please get help. Nothing is worth your life. All of you are important!
