It’s been a year? I still remember almost having a panic attack that night, and I wasn’t even from America. I recognized the feeling because I’d been in that place years before, and I thought things would be different in the most powerful country in the world. I guess I projected hope there. Apparently, I was in an echo chamber. But since then, I haven’t scanned X or watched political analyses. And honestly, I’d rather be here. Thank you to everyone for the safe space. mhwa

I think we all felt like sh!t. I’ve never cried so much after an election. I didn’t expect her to lose at all. “Luckily” I had covid at the time and could stay home for a couple of days. Still love Kamala for who she is and what she’s done and I firmly believe there is a possibility she might be president one day.

The world just frustrates me, but at least I was hopeful from July 2024 to November ghad hope all is well there. He so ugly I can't imagine seeing his face on your news everyday lol
