Look, I just needed to say something after all that's been going on lately.
This world and the governments that compose it are become confrontational and their branches are turning to hateful and disgusting measures. Black lives matter as much as any other lives would! They are people! They should be able to have a voice and an opinion on what is happening to them as a race without people with no knowledge on the subject making them out as criminals! They should be able to have freedoms in a country that is founded on freedom and should be included in a country that supposedly stands for inclusion! We have come a long way in accepting all kinds but that does not mean that we are finished! Not at all! They might have many of the same opportunity but they face many more roadblocks and setbacks simply due to discrimination than any white man ever would! I as someone who is not a person of color can not possible wrap my mind around the atrocities that they as a people have gone through and the circumstances they have been placed in for as long as history has been recorded. We are with the influence of the media seeing more of the despicable things that have been going on because of the PD's racism and discriminatory measures and by those of the public. Keep in mind that these events coming in to light are just that... the ones that have made it into the light. This is not anyone overreacting over one circumstance. It is however a sudden out roar of people who's voices have been suppressed for entirely too long. Their hearts like a balloon filled up with an overwhelming amount of air, on the verge of popping. This one instance was the pin in the balloon, the last straw that set peoples souls on fire for the rights that they so crave and deserve. My heart goes out to these people and to George Floyd and his loved ones, and to the entire black community in general. DO NOT BE SILENCED! May God be with you all.
