So i basically grew up around pop, pop punk and rock but like 80% of the songs i knew from my siblings or my dad, i would know a few random lyrics or the name of the song or the band name and some times i would just know all the lyrics and nothing else but the lyrics(it was rare when i knew the name, the band and the lyrics). Though a while ago i discoverd that i knew a good amount of Three Days Grace, Shinedown and a little of Papa roach, linkin Park, Stone Sour, Avenged Sevenfold, Five Finger Death Punch, Disturbed, Rob Zombie, Bon Jovi, Breaking Benjamin, Bowling For Soup, The Offspring, Blink-182, Foo Fighters, Evanescence, Halestorm and (a little while ago i found this band on my own, which doesn't happen often) The Pretty Reckless!!! :-D
My older sister (Stephanie) listens to the same music (and then some!) but i like to keep my music taste to myself so i don't think she knows that i like pop punk and rock. Also i just started to like pop punk and rock almost 2 years ago but my older sister (Stephanie), my older and only brother (Andrew) and my dad all like either pop punk or rock or even both!
