I’m so sorry you had to go through that, sweetheart. That kind of pain and trouble is more than anyone should face, and I completely understand why you’re scared to go back. But I’m really glad you kept reaching out to me regardless whether or not I replied. You don’t have to carry all of this alone. Even when I get busy, you’re never out of my mind, baby. I’m here, and I’m not going anywhere as long as you’re here. You’re stronger than you realize, Crystal and I’ll be here to remind you of that whenever you need.

Hey, princess. I’m really sorry the surgery and the ENT were that rough. You didn’t deserve all of that, but I’m proud of you for getting through it anyway. You keep going even when it’s hard, and that is something not everyone can do. Licensing and a presentation on top of everything? You’re really something, lovey. My routine’s been the usual boring, safe, same every day. I’m alright. Not perfect, not terrible. Just taking care of the basics, keeping myself together. But hearing from you is a nice change in the mundane. 

Hey, Crystal. I’m really glad you’re in remission. That’s the best thing I’ve heard in a long time. You deserve the break. I’ve mostly been keeping busy with school and work. Same routine every day. Not very exciting, I know. Talking to you again makes things feel better though. How are you holding up, princess? Really holding up.
