Y’all I need help how do you make a video into a gif that fit on wattpad?? I need to learn how so I can put this Tiktok on my book.
right so do yall know how to put polarr filters on a gif??? when i do it the gif comes out as a picture and 24fps doesnt work for me
I use the app imgplay. And once you crop it down to the size you want, when you go to save it, click gif size and put the dial at 3MB and it will fit in wattpad
