sorry for hiatus again, college has been so crazy. it feels like i'm living a wattpad canon event

sorry for hiatus, been saying my goodbyes before college. knowing me, there will probably be updates when i'm back in school and academic pressure is on

going to college soon, hope my roommate is as weird as i am and won't question what i'm writing on my laptop

locally sourced problem avoids accountability by blaming their lack of compassion and manipulative behavior on being a self-proclaimed  'people pleaser' in a room where nobody is pleased

not sure how many conan gray fans we have here, but every time i listen to one of his new songs i'm like 'it's eh' and then i'll listen to it with headphones and have an out of body experience

sorry for the slowness of updates, i watched someone get stabbed at a local mall, got called in for questioning for like a whole day, and then the next day i watched someone try to rob my car through the window of my barbershop, and even worse, i have to pack for college. will try to get some small updates out though!!

superman fic going well, here's a list of tropes i'm thinking i'm going to include because why not make it self indulgent
          
          - real enemies to lovers from superhero/supervillian dynamic
          - playful rivals to lovers from 'competing' to 'courtship' lois (holding the door open for lois competitively) (bringing her coffee first thing in the morning) (they're really just flirting with each other) (they are actually friends) (lois thinks they're already in a relationship, and thinks they just have weird fights and always involve her) 
          - FUNDAMENTAL miscommunication but not in like the way it starts fights but in the way they fundamentally don't get each other. everything is a double meaning. lois is like 'you guys flirt weird' and they take it as, 'oh lois doesn't like how we flirt w her' lois means like 'you guys are flirting with each other in a weird way' 
          - flirting through news articles 
          - eventually will have to work together to 'unmask aegis' (eva only says yes to cover her footsteps) (clark asks her bc she has her PI's license) 
          - eventually roommates where they ask why they both got home super late with bruises ('i was just interviewing superman, you know, he was just in a fight' 'oh, i know, i was just interviewing aegis') 
          - clark meets aegis - hates her from his superman identity, but aegis is like really nice to clark because eva is like 'i could never be actually mean to clark' . it's some weird blurry line, and he's like 'wtf she's nice?' chaos ensues
          - clark and eva debate who is the better superhero
          - superman and aegis debate who is the better news reporter (they both agree lois) 
          
          anyways yeah oops i should not be allowed to watch old disney rom coms anymore

wouldn't write it, but i think a genuinely funny fic would be an isekai superman fic, except the oc is like. an mcu fan. 
          
          like can you imagine. the oc is lands in a superhero world and they're like 'omg this is exactly what i wanted, i'm so excited to meet peter parker -' and then they turn around and it's fucking clark kent and they're like. oh no. oh god. i don't know dcu. and all the villains are out to get me because i'm in the wrong fandom. oh my god. 
          
          endless comedy. pure chaos. oc doesn't even realize they're in dc, maybe, and thinks they're in those weird sub branches of marvel comics. still keeps saying 'we have to find spiderman!' and everyone' like 'who's spiderman? we only have batman' 
          
          yeah i dont know why this came to me but it's plagued me so

yeahhhh the superman fic was supposed to be like clark kent & eva are friends-to-lovers arc in real life, but the comedic idea of having them be playful rivals in the office because they are both 'warring' over lois was actually too comedic to pass by, and they are both actually just pining for each other now but neither of them know it is just so funny in a way i can't explain and since this fic is entirely self indulgent uhhhh . yeah.
