i know this already obvious but the chocolate hills update is gonna take a little longer, not 28 years, just delayed by a week or so as I'm out of school for the summer and just got done with my finals and shits been stressful.

i keep wanting to rewrite chocolate hills to at least make the hispanic rep better cause I feel like i wrote it like a white man LMAOO BUT at the same time when i wrote it i wanted to make it exaggerated and stupid, i wanted to emphasize that minnie copies her mother who most of the time is fully speaking in spanish and talking shit to her so no one else can understand it and it rubs off on minnie but she's fully american and consistently surrounded by white people so it seems out of place, but she still does it out of habit from being around her family so much, & i know i can state this in the book but it's also like i want it to seem like a completely ignorant 65 year old white man with a fetish wrote it cause i think that's so fucking funny.

this is so long and for no reason but i just learned about that HORRIFIC new disney show called "primos" and it got me thinking about how the representation in chocolate hills is also like kinda bad... especially the spanish but in my defense i only know caribbean spanish and minnies mexican [cry]
