            exactly!! ppl have different ways to manage their anxiety and what to do whenever they are feeling more anxious than normal or are having an anxiety attack. personally for me, i have to take a few minutes by myself in a cool room and just take deep breaths. as someone who has social anxiety and can get anxious in too many social situations, i can completely understand whenever he needs to reach out to someone to ground him, it's what we all do to feel safe and secure

            Oh yeah I think I've seen some stuff from that. But I've also seen some of the videos whenever he suffers from anxiety and he is always the one to reach out first and then the woman or men always look back at him in a way that looks reassuring (at least to me). Like that man is a golden retriever and I love him to bits and I also 100% believe that man has anxiety! Ignore the stuff they say on Twitter though. It's just Twitter

            I can tell you now I believe the actress’s or actor next to him knows that and doesn’t mind and yes I agree with you he’s an amazing human with amazing morals and is a golden retriever
