Are you still allowed to enter?

Is this still going on? I just started getting active on here again lol. I'm assuming if it is then rn is judging time.

What happens if you don't get enough entries for the contest in time? And what will you do if to many people enter a  category (like heros or villains) or not enough people join the other? Just asking, because from what it looks like, people have stopped entering.
