Celeste has grown up in a house full of noise but very little attention directed toward her. She's quiet, thoughtful, and constantly underestimated. Her family doesn't mean to hurt her - but their distractions, ambitions, and conflicts make her feel like she's a background extra in her own home. The story follows her journey from invisibility to self-definition, exploring subtle wounds: birthdays half-remembered, achievements unnoticed, conversations interrupted, and moments where she realizes she's present but unseen....

This is my first poetry book. Go easy on me 😅. This poetry book has a lot of free verse poetry in it. (No rhyme scheme) The reason it's called thoughts of the overlooked is because I feel as if I have been overlooked my entire life. I love to write, so I decided to write poetry about my feelings in different situations. All of the poetry in this book is based off of something that has happened in my life. I don't say names because that should be and will be anonymous. Hope you enjoy this book! There will be more works of mine that will come out soon but for now enjoy!

This is a short story I'm writing in like 15 mins so deal with the grammar and spelling mistakes. Uckeenah is a 16 year old who is the older sister of Alice from the famous Alice in Wonderland. She has been over looked for sometime and her story is long over due and she accepts this fact. That all changes when a strange boy appears in her life with his misleading smiles.
