A story about after the Last Sacrifice to show how I would have included things. I am not Richelle Mead and I only want to do this for fun as I really enjoyed the books. Read this to continue the story of Rose and Dimitri. I also planned to create another short story of pre-Frostbite. It will be called 'Life at Saint Vladamir's'.

Last Sacrifice AU

Set at the end of Last Sacrifice They thought life was back on track. Dimitri was a dhampir again, feeling and wanting to be with Rose. They were back at Court, having solved Queen Tatiana's murder, found Lissa's missing sibling, Lissa had been crowned Queen, and Tasha had been tried and executed. Everything should be back on track, but it wasn't. I don't own the cover art, original story etc. Feel free to take anything from this idea, sharing is caring after all :)

After Rose was shot in Last Sacrifice. About what the gang does afterwards. This is a one-shot that popped into my mind one day while flipping through Last Sacrifice.

Dimitri says, "Love fades, mine has." Rose doesn't believe him but one incident changes everything. When she's forced to face reality, she turns to someone who she never knew was on her side the whole time. The new changes and challenges she goes through are both nerve-racking and exciting. Reading Last Sacrifice. Two years after the events of Last Sacrifice, a mysterious book is mailed to Rose. A book full of her thoughts. Ominously titled 'The last sacrifice', the book is accompanied by a note that mentions a list of people with whom Rose must share the book. Realizing that the only way to get answers is to read the book, Rose reluctantly agrees to Lissa's suggestion of reading the book aloud, in the presence of her near and dear ones. How will the gang react to Rose's thoughts? Secrets are revealed and emotions run high.
