This is for you if you read Red, White & Royal Blue and loved--and IDENTIFIED--with Henry, that brilliant, nerdy rich guy who loves Jane Austen and knows about Alexander Hamilton. What a combination. Henry's longings and lush, literary emails were some of my favorite parts of Red, White & Royal Blue. We need more of them--and more Henry. Until a certain Mx. Casey McQuiston decides to create them, we'll have to make do with my interpretation. What was Henry's inner world like after he first encountered a certain luscious-lashed American political son? And how was the run-up of their love story? HISTORIAN'S NOTE: The essence of primary sources is that one can never be sure that one has identified all of them. But as far as we know, these constitute a relatively exhaustive trove of correspondence and contemporaneous notes from Prince Henry. Our focus is on what led up to their courtship and eventual public coupledom. For ethical reasons, I have excluded the emails between Alex and Henry that were hacked and leaked in 2020. Because of the manner in which they came to light, many still believe we cannot (yet) in good conscience consume them, even as part of the historical record. Indeed, historians such as R.M. This story begins five years after the wedding of Alex and Henry. Sequel to my other RWRB story, "Love is Indomitable," this story focuses on Alex and Henry's life raising a family together. Since the wedding, Alex has passed the bar and is now a civil rights lawyer focusing on cases involving LGBTQ+ and Mexican-American rights. Henry has continued expanding Fox-Okonjo supporting not only LGBTQ+ youth but also being an essential advocate for adolescent and young adult mental health. But what happens when tragedy strikes back home in Windsor? Will Henry have to suddenly uproot his family and move to another country? All original book characters are owned and created by Casey McQuiston (Helena being my original character).

I need the collected correspondence of Alex and Henry. Here's how I imagine a review of volume 1 would sound. This is for eggheads who read book coverage in places like the Timeses (New York, Financial, or of London) or Slate or Jezebel (which is name checked in the book). I would love to read Alex and Henry's emails and texts about each other in the 2016-2020 time frame. Someone should put that together. (Ahem. Putting that out into the world.) What would the book coverage of that even look like? Something like this, I'd imagine. Needless to say, this is by far the nerdiest thing I've done with my free time in recent memory. Help.

After Alex meets Henry at the Rio Olympics, Alex wants nothing to do with Henry ever again. But with his mom running for President, he is sent away from the media circus surrounding him in the US to a British boarding school for a semester. But his mother sends him with a mission: befriend Prince Henry. From Alex's POV like in the novel. I'm going to try to keep this one kind of short (10-ish chaps) because I tend to bite off more than I chew (this is my 3rd RWRB fanfic in 2 months, none are finished- but working on all of them promise, I hate leaving things unfinished- but I'm also in my final semester of university so please be patient). It will be fast-paced but hopefully still believable (they'll be some time- jumps) It's just gonna be mostly fluffy and fun (considering my other RWRB fit is VERY angsty, I need a little balance in my life), inspired a bit by Young Royals. Alex and Henry are newly engaged and planning their wedding as Alex's first Congressional election is coming up. While Henry is done with being in the spotlight, he's always knew that to love Alex, he'll have to continue to be.
