Luna never knew who her parents were, and she doesn't really care. Her family is her friends, who she fights together in the demon army. But what happens when she meets her father during one of the mission. and its no other than Ferid Bathory.

Mikaela Tepes is the prince of Japan and is the crowned king. In 1 and a half hours time, Queen Krul Tepes's time has come, to step down from the throne. Everyone has come to know of Mikaela's emotionless and cold aura, and even though not the communicative type, he is indeed smart. He also does not have a strong connection with his mother. These are the only things the people know about him. His mother however, knows something about Mikaela that needs to be kept away from everyone. Because, this secret will only cause a deadly experience. Much to everyone's dismay, this all changes when a certain raven-haired male comes into the ballroom, carrying a bloody knife and laughing away.

The alarms and a voice echoed through the streets as we ran back to the orphanage, though I was too frightened to make out all the words being said. Occasionally I heard the words virus, adults, no cure and that was all I needed to know....to know that the world was ending. Ferid will be a main love interest later in the story but there will be hints of other characters as love interests too

It takes a while for her to get comfortable with the people around her. In 2012, a virus spread in Japan, killing humanity, and vampires took over. When Mizuki saw all the dead bodies, she promised herself to protect her new family even if it will cost her life. Eventually the vampires take Mizuki and the orphans to the vampire city where they live for 4 years being treated like livestock. Until one day, Mikaela stole the map, where it leads the way out of the vampire city. That night Mizuki lost Mikaela and the orphans, only saving Yūichirō. When Mizuki and Yūichirō ran out of the vampire city, they meet Guren Ichinose. What does the future have instore for Mizuki? Start reading to find out. Ferid Bathory, the 7th Progenitor with a need for...whatever it was. Nobody was quite sure what it was that the vampire needed, but he always remained mysterious to everyone around him. And finally, Crowley Eusford, the 13th Progenitor with nothing better to do but make himself super OP, relax in his gym and hang around Ferid like a lost puppy. When Ferid's ideas start to become beyond ridiculous, Crowley feels that it's up to him to retaliate. But his retaliation is in a different way than he expected. Because instead of following his brain, Crowley followed his heart. And the heart makes one do stupid things, even if that person is a vampire.
