QOTD: Who's your guy best friend?
I'm still thinking if I should do the 5sos book
Harry: "Jeff!" you squeal, jumping into your old friend's arms. You hadn't seen him in months and you'd missed him so much! Jeff lights up when he sees you and catches you in his tanned arms. "(Y/N)! Skittles!" he smiles, using a childhood nickname he'd given you long ago. "Harry, this is my friend Jeff! Jeff, this is my boyfriend Harry!" Jeff smiles and nods at Harry, Harry smiles, but his eyes are filled with jealousy. "Skittles?" Harry asks you. You laugh recalling the memory. "Yeah! My nickname, when we were 8, Jeff and I.." you retell the story, but Harry just pulls you closer to him and slides his arm around you protectively. When your story is over, Harry smiles. "Aha! Very cute. But I think your best nickname is 'Kitten', Kitten," he says softly, nuzzling your neck.
Liam: You watch your best guy friend Marcus show you his new hat over Skype. "You likey?" Marcus laughs, showing off his furry trapper hat with a pose. "Oh my God," you laugh. Liam hears you laughing and peeks his head in the room. "Oh! Liam! Come here, I want you to meet Marcus!" you drag Liam over in front of the webcam and grin. "Marcus." Liam repeats. You nod and point to the screen. "HELLO
LIAM!" Marcus shouts, waving. Liam nods and half-smiles. "Hi," he says simply. "So, you're treating my (Y/N) good, yeah?" Marcus asks. Liam's shoulders tense and he raises an eyebrow. "YOUR (Y/N)? No, but I'm treating MY (Y/N) amazingly," he snaps. "Sorry, that sounded quite rude. Sorry." Liam says quickly after. Marcus just raises an eyebrow and shrugs it off. "Anyway...um, I like your hat," Liam offers, smiling. He keeps his hand on your knee the whole awkward Skype call.
Niall: "Who are you texting?" Niall asks curiously. You stop laughing and look up from your phone. "Ha! Just my bud Pete, he's a real funny lad," you reply, typing a reply. "Oh. Is he funnier than I am?" Niall asks, eying your phone with slight annoyance. "Mmmm, well...you're both probably the same funny level," you reply, sending your message. "Oh," Niall replies simply. You raise an eyebrow, noticing his slightly jealous expression. "Does Pete have bluer eyes than I do?" Niall lightens the tone with a laugh and opens his eyes wide so you can see the blueness. "Niall, you have the bluest and prettiest eyes ever," you say, kissing his nose.
Zayn: You and Zayn are walking hand-in-hand along the boardwalk when suddenly you feel someone's hands over your eyes. "Guess who?" a familar voice laughs. Zayn's hold on your hand stiffens. "It's all right, Zayn, I know him," you tell Zayn softly. "JACK!" you shout, turning around giving your old friend a hug. "Where the hell have you been?" Jack laughs. "I'm just here walking the boardwalk and I see you here with this guy!" Zayn eyes Jack with annoyance. "This guy? I'm her boyfriend," he snaps. Jack raises his eyebrows and shrugs. "Aw, Jack! How's your mom?" you say, ignoring your boyfriend's jealous demeanor. "She's good, good. How's yours?" Zayn stares Jack down, jealousy filling his veins. "Good. I'm going to get back to my GIRLFRIEND, so I'll see you around, yeah?" Jack emphasizes girlfriend for Zayn's purpose, since Zayn looked about to punch Jack right in the face. Jack points to a blonde standing nearby at the ice cream stand and waves. "Wow, Zayn. You're hot when you're jealous," you comment.
Louis: "What's that?" Louis nods at the package in your hand with curiosity. "Oh, my friend Finn Barlow sent me a package from home!" you say happily. You hold up the package of hot cocoa mix and sweatshirt adorned with your hometown's name. "Oh. That's sweet of him," Louis says flatly. Later that day you see Louis on Facebook searching for 'Finn Barlow'. "Louis, what are you doing?" you ask. He looks up at you and his cheeks redden. "Just checking my competition. I'm way better looking than him, though," Louis flips his hair and smiles. "Louis, he's not the competition. He's like my brother. Plus you're already my boyfriend," you murmur, giving him a quick kiss.
