I'm gonna keep it short and leave the bullshit out of this. I'm not updating this book anymore. Here's a list of why:
I'm 19, I'm too old for this shit. The fandom can fuck themselves with their ship-war crap. I'm not comfortable writing for minors. I was previously overwhelmed by the huge demand for updates. This book can not show my skill as a writer due to the boring, confusing, and awful plotline which is therefore not worth hours of my time. I'm sick of Wattpad as a platform. And I'm all in all just exhausted of having to fight for people's understanding that I am an unpaid content creator that does not require a set schedule or have to meet a certain expectation for anyone none other than myself.
So no, I'm not going to front with you. I'm not going to update and honestly, that's all I need to say. There's no negotiation on it and there's no "what if's." The origin of this book was simply a flex. Before this story even came to be a Lemon book, the first chapter was made to show a friend what my writing looked like and what I enjoyed to write about. The response to this friend was handing me back my phone with a disgusted look on his face and saying, "No, I can't. I can't read past the fourth chapter." Jokes on him, this book has more than 300k reads and he has asked for my assistance in writing.
On top of this, I met the friends I have today because this book encouraged a discord server to be made out of it which later turned into a community for everyone of all interests rather than just reading. So thank you for going on this journey with me, but After Hours must come to an unfortunate end.

**SPOILER ALERT IN THIS PARAGRAPH** The book was practically finished. I was halfway done with the chapter that had expressed that Bakugou and the reader were arriving at the airport where they will meet with their class. The vacation will be in the Bahamas where the class will meet Y/N officially and learn that Bakugou has changed for the better because of her, and Midoriya is especially thankful for this and befriends Y/N. Of course, there is something that Bakugou has planned for this trip that's special, but he and Kirishima are struggling to keep this a secret and almost spill it multiple times. Eventually, the class goes to dinner and Bakugou leaves, telling Y/N that he needs to take care of some business. Bakugou disappears for the entire dinner and Y/N starts to become upset but when the class begins to leave, they are guided down a candle-lit dock where Bakugou is standing. He grabs her by the hands and tells her how much he cares for her and how much he values her, which starts to embarass her due to this being in front of an "audience." As Bakugou gets down on one knee, Y/N bashfully asks him to stop making a scene and clearly doesn't understand the situation until Bakugou starts laughing and calls her an idiot. When Bakugou officially proposes, she agrees. You are welcome to write spin-off versions of this story and even write the wedding yourself. You may even ask me what my plans were for the wedding, since I also had plans for that. I do not mind any seperate writings as long as there is credit where it's due.
