Yagiz got a phone call and slowed down as the network was not proper and the voice cracked. When he finished his talk and took quick steps to catch up, he saw Hazan sitting on a huge rock looking at the floating clouds.

She sat on the top of the rock and relished the scenery. Swaying trees, dancing to the tune of the wind and birds chirping to create the background song. The ecstasy of the surrounding made her escape from the torment and hide in the serenity of the place, even if it was momentary. She felt liberated. Liberated from the Pain, Betrayal, Anger and Loneliness. But when was I not lonely? She thought.

She was compelled to live with these feelings as a gift of her past life. There is one more thing the past had gifted her and that was the little soul nurturing with in her. It was her ray of hope in the pitch darkness she was in. I am yours and you are my only hope. She whispered to herself as she touched her belly.

Yagiz walked to her, and stood just behind her. Tired? So fast?

The place is so ethereal. I dnt want to miss a single scene out of it. I want to absorb it with in me. Nature can heal in its own way. Hazan talked absently still absorbed in her thoughts.

Yagiz gently touched her shoulder and she looked up at him. Lets catch up before they move very far.

---------

Hazan and Yagiz followed the narrow muddy trail which had been covered by others. Slowly the path turned to be wet and soft with small channels of water flowing on its own path.

He told us 30 minutes but we are here for an hour. Hazan complained.

With your speed we will take another hour I think. Yagiz said as he hoped over a muddy puddle.

Oh ho..... I didnt know we were in a race. Hazan adjusted her backpack and took a longer way to skirt the puddle instead of jumping like Yagiz.

Give me your back pack, I will carry it. I dnt know what you are carrying in it when all we needed was a bottle of water. Yagiz showed his bottle to her.

Hazan rolled her eyes and refused to give her bag. My personal things, I am carrying it, what is your problem.

Ok. Just pace up. Yagiz said and started taking bigger steps.

Hmm. Hazan groaned and tried to match his pace but was unable to. She hadnt been doing physical exercise for past few months, life had been tough with loads of work and her body undergoing new changes was not responding well to the physical strain she was adhering it with.

She kept a hand over the tree and leaned to catch up her breath as the last leg had been very steep and she was panting.

Yagiz looked at her with concern and offered her water.

I am fine. You carry on. Hazan raised her hand.

I am trying to help.

Who asked you to help. Did I tell you to slow down and walk with me? Hazan snapped. She was not being able to take her weakness and his concern. She again started walking.

Yagiz paused as a huge water pot hole was there and he went off the trail onto the wet grass.

I think it has rained just little time ago. The soil is wet. He said and turned to look at Hazan who was following him. Be careful.
