Unwanted mate

Chapter 17

Kyles POV
"-You took back your rejection didn't you?"
One of the twins jumped on Blake and started to punch him. Me having to protect my alpha i grab the guys neck making his brother grab me.
we were all going at it until I hear the heart monitor going like crazy.
"GUYS STOP! Ari isn't okay!"
That made everyone freeze until we looked at her she was shaking uncontrollably. Nurses came rushing in to see what was happening and we got pushed to the other side of the room. They really can't push out two alphas, i mean they can but i don't think they have the time to argue with both of them.
Ring ring
All eyes are on me and i decided to walk out
"Sorry that's me" Walking out to the hallway, I look at who's calling me and i rolled my eyes.
"What?"
"Hey! so do you want to hang out?"
"No"
"Why are you being so dry we had fun last time, why can't we do that again?"
"That was a month and ago and that was a moment of weakness you know stuff that gives you an advantage and you used that information but now i don't think I'll ever even touch you with a ten feet pole"  god they're annoying me, i need to go back to see my sister
"Okay but you're meant to be with me not anyone else what don't you get about that"
"I rejected you. You haven't accepted it. You're the one hurting not me. Now I've got to go so make it quick because i can't be gone for long"
" are you with that bitch again?"
"She's my sister call her that again and i swear you will die. I'm hanging up now"
"No wait! I've heard that the rouges that's have been attacking other packs are going to attack ours" letting out a sigh because that's a good reason as to why i shouldn't hang up.
" why haven't you told our alpha and how do you know this?"
"They're going to attack our pack in two days at 11:50 ten minutes to midnight. They're planning on taking those ten minutes to kill everyone and take everything right at midnight. Some kind of OCD shit or something like that. And i couldn't tell Alpha Blake because he's been stuck in the hospital with Ari these few days."
"Thanks for fucking whoever you did and got the information. I got to go set up a plan fast before they attack because you didn't tell us sooner"
"Can't we talk?"
"No. Bye"
"B-"
Hanging up i let out a stressed sigh until I hear a throat clearing up. I turn to see my alpha and the twins.
"Why are you guys out here? How is she?" I asked
"She's fine and asleep, we got kicked out because the needle she saw started to freak her out and neither me or Blake could stand seeing her like that and two alphas not liking what they see it wasn't pretty. So my Beta took us out of the room even if he was also struggling" one of the twins told me. Nodding my head i look at Blake and he's staring right at me, i could practically see the gears running through his head and by the look on his face those thoughts aren't pretty.
"Who was that?" Blake asked me. I feel like i should keep her a secret, no one knew who my 'mate' is, all they know is that i had one and rejected her because of some unknown reason. But i knew the reason why.
"No one important, but I've got some news. Bad news" they looked at me with confusion in their eyes.
"What is it-" a nurse cuts off the other alpha. I should get to know them and their names if they're friends with Ari maybe that'll help me get back in good terms with her.
"Family of Ari?" A doctor came towards us.
"Yes thats us" one of the twins immediately jumped up. The asshole who punched me and the one who is taking my little sister away from me.
"Let's talk in my office, for privacy measures" we all nodded and followed her to a conference room.
"Okay so alpha Blake, alpha Alex. Who is her immediate care personal?" So that's his name okay i just need to figure out the other guys name. That's me! I raise my hand and the twins look straight at me with deadpan faces.
"We had it changed when she moved in with us, it's another lady but she is unable to be located at the moment and considering I'm her alpha and she's my third it would be me" those assholes why did they change it?
"Why did you changed it? Who is it? Blake asked
"Well considering the fucking state she was in when we found her in the woods! We decided for a lady who took her in to be her direct care personal considering we weren't 18 at the time, and her name is Janet but uh in our recent attack she is unable to be found." alpha Alex said
"Okay well alpha Alex, I'm sorry to interrupt but we have some choices to be made. Does Arianna have a mate? Because if so she needs to be spending some time with him, and he should be the direct care personal considering her anxiety. It has gotten worse, anything that triggers her can make her go into shock and or pass out. Her mate is logically her best option he's the one who can calm her down. Maybe get a weekend away with just the two of them. If she does not have a mate-this is where it gets complicated. She is going under some serious medication, it helps her anxiety but she won't be the same. Some of the side effects of the medicine is her being tired, irritated, sometimes depression happens when patients -especially wolfs- take this medicine. It would slowly weaken her wolf and if she takes it for long enough it could kill it, especially if an attack happens. Keep in mind if she is with her mate she will still need to take some medicine but not as strong as this one, it'll only be for a few weeks depending on her state when we examine her. So, I'll give you some time to think as her family maybe call her mate, if he is here. I'll be back in a few minutes." The doctor gets up from her chair fixing her papers and is ready to leave, until Blake speaks up.
"No need doc, I'm her mate what do i need to do?" She looks shocked at first but sits back down.
"Oh so now you want to take responsibility of being her mate? You rejected her remember she isn't your mate." The Beta said
"I took it back, she hasn't accepted or rejected me. So it is my duty as her mate to keep her safe" I could tell any second his wolf is going to come out.
"You have no right to make any decisions for Ari. She's under my pack i care for her needs not you."
Both alphas were having a staring contest until the doctor spoke up.
"Actually alpha Alex under wolf laws, if the legal caretaker isn't here for the patient or if she is 18 and unable to make her own decision and has a mate the right goes to the mate. If she does not have a mate in these circumstances then the right would go to the alpha. But in this case she does have a mate, rejected or not he's still considered a mate. Although a mate can lose their right if the decision they make harms the patient."
"So it's settled I'm taking my mate away from this stress this weekend" Blake said in a happy tone
"Actually" i began "alphas i need to tell you some news i just got"
