Hello, I'm Maverick Baker. I'm 17 and going to ask Blair my sister Lani's best friend to go to the carnival with me. I also want to ask her to be my girlfriend but I'm too nervous.
Introduction of Female: Hello, I'm Blair. I'm 17. I am best friends with Lani. I have the biggest crush on Maverick.

ON TO THE STORY

( Blair's POV)
" Maverick stop your gonna kill me if you keep this up so please stop" I giggled he wouldn't stop tickling me.
He eventually stopped and said " Well only since you asked so nicely" while smiling down at me showing me the smile that makes me fall for him every time.
I can't believe he stop when I said please since he never does and so does Cash his brother and his sister and my best friend Lani. Why do I think Lani is behind this. I smiled up at him and he smiled at me looking down into my eyes. He kept looking from my eyes to my lips. He leaned down to kiss me. Our lips where so close together. He almost pressed them on when Cash and Lani walked in. Maverick shot up like a bullet being shot from a gun.
" What's going on in here" Lani said smirking at me.
Maverick looked down at me then looked back at Lani and said " Nothing. Nothing was going on" while sounding really suspicious and not being cool about it what so ever.
" Guys I'm taking Winter on a date to the Carnival tonight you guys gonna go" Cash said talking about this girl he asked out.
" Sure why not sounds fun" Maverick said smiling. " Probably not" I said sitting up after pushing Mavericks fat butt off me. Maverick, Lani and Cash all said at the same time " You have to go. Its the last one before school again".
What was funny was they all said " Jinx" at the same time. " Fine but its gonna be weird since Cash is going with winter, Lani's going with Blake and knowing Maverick he is going with Jordan ( also Taylor)" while being sad at the last part.
Maverick looked down upset and said " Actually No. Taylor dumped me". I felt happy but sad that he was upset before replying with" Oh I'm sorry" and giving him a hug.
He then looked up and said a little too excited " Want to go together as not alone buddies". I smiled and said " I would love to not alone buddy". He smiled and said " Be ready at 7" before running out of the room with Cash leaving me and Lani laughing.
Lani dragged me into her bedroom and put my phone on charge before pushing me into her private washroom to take a shower before putting on my outfit for the Carnival.

I smiled at the finished product. Soon 7 rolled around and Maverick knocked on Lani's room door so we could go to the Carnival. I grabbed my purse that contained mints, gum, money, my phone and my charger since I was staying the night at Lani's and Cash always try's to steal my charger since afterwards since Leo my older brother was going to have his girlfriend Emma over and in his terms " I'm not allowed to be home since I always tease him".
Hey it's my job to tease him. We walked outside and got in the car and buckled in before Maverick said" let's go not alone buddy". I just nodded and said " Yeah just let me know when you are wanting to leave so we can go". He said " We wont be going for a while". I just smiled and off to the carnival we go.

( Maverick's POV)
Why the hell can't I tell her how I feel. How am I supposed to tell her that I can hardly handle walking with her right now without me wanting to take her hand. We where walking through the carnival when all off a sudden Blair's eyes light up when she see's Cotton Candy. I laughed and said " Want to get some?". She just said " Yes" before grabbing my hand and pulling me over to the stand. When we got there she still didn't let her go and I didn't want her too. They guy said " What colour's would you like?". I smiled and said " Blue" while Blair said " Purple please". We paid and then he made them and gave them too us.
Soon we where walking around with our fingers intertwined eating Cotton Candy and talking. She's really fun to be with. Soon we spotted Cash and Winter. When Blair and Winter saw each other they ran over to each other and hugged each other. They where really good friends. Me and Cash started talking while the girls where being supper giggly and chatting up a storm.
Cash said " So anything between you and Blair yet". I just said " Other then holding hands nothing at all". I said " Well at least that's something. as long as you go along with the plan your fine". I said a little loud" How can I just walk up to her and say out of the blue " Blair will you go out with me" while Cash was trying to get me to stop talking.
All I heard was " Yes". I turned around and there was Blair standing there with a smile on her face. I was shocked beyond shocked " Really".
She just laughed and said " Yes Maverick I will go out with you". I just quickly pulled her over to the Ferris Wheel and got on. At the top when it stopped I wrapped my arm around her and kissed her. Wow my silly mistake made me get a girlfriend and a amazing one at that.
