Story 37: William x Reader

slight AU with certain fluff moments)

"Daddy? Tell me about mommy.." The little boy ordered.

"Why would I do that?" His father asked.

"Because I wanna know why I look like this!" He yelled back. His father just smiled and patted his head.

"You're not ready for it yet." He said. His son glared up at him coldly,running outside and running into the woods. He never played with the others kids. They were all too scared of him.

Soon enough,little William found himself lost.

"Daddy..?" He asked when he heard movement. A girl around his age walked over to him,holding out her hand. He flinched away. "Don't touch me..! You'll just run away!"

"Why would I run..? You're silly." She said cheerfully as she took his hand. He froze up in shock and closed his eyes without thinking,tears rolling silently down his face. She lead him through the forest happily. He opened his eyes and examined her features,his heart beating faster. He had never met someone so pretty.. Why did she approach him..?

"What.. Is your name..?" He asked softly.

"Huh..? My name.. Well.. I've never had one." She said,smiling brightly.

"You don't have a name..!?" He asked,shocked. She shook her head,smiling still. "Well you need one.."

"Why..? I've never had one before,so why do I need one now?" She asked.

"Well I need something to call you.." He said,seeing his father. As he walked out of the woods,she didn't go towards the town with him.

"Call me your friend,silly!" She called happily. He smiled a bit.

"Then I will! You're my friend named Silly!" He said,bolting to his father.

That night,William was the happiest he had ever been.

"Daddy,I made a friend!" He said. "Her name is Silly!"

"That's not a real name." His dad said coldly. He frowned and stood up,bolting outside and running to the forest.

As he walked into the forest,he heard snarling. He ignored it and ran off,looking around for 'Silly'.

"Hey! Silly!" He yelled. She soon seemed to appear out of nowhere,scolding him.
