As soon as she entered the room all eyes were on her. She had to admit, she was a little over dressed, but she didn't think anyone would notice. Boy was she wrong, her purple dress filled with sequins stood out from even outside the premier. Despite being overdressed, she liked the attention it gave her. She liked the feeling of being different.
Lucas knew he liked her, he liked her so much that it physically pained him to see her wrapped around Christian's arm with a bright smile on her face. Over and over again he thought to himself that that should be him, but he knew despite all his efforts, it couldn't be him. The only reason he didn't ask her to accompany him was because he chose to respect Dalila's wishes, and because of his girlfriend, who was right beside him.
All of their friends could tell how much it hurt the two to see each other with someone else. In all honesty, they had forgotten Lucas had a girlfriend. He never spoke of her, never posted about her. It was as if their relationship was nonexistent.
On the other side of the room Dalila, who was speaking with the producers, could sense the tension between Elle and Lucas. She knew how much Elle liked the boy and how much he liked her, even if he couldn't admit it himself. She knew that because of her actions, her sister was hurt, even more hurt than she would be if the two would've broken up as a couple. As Dalila was lost in her own train of thought, she knew that she was doing it for Elle's own good. Even if it hurt her.
As the premier had went on for hours, with many speeches said, and stolen glances in between, it was finally time for everyone to go home. Elle knew that she would have to be on set early tomorrow because season 3 was still in the works. So with the thought of only her bed in mind, she said goodbye to her cast mates and went home with Dalila.
