You were starving, so you ended up ordering some Subway.

'Finally, my Subway delivery is here! Yay, I was starving!'

You got up and ran to your door.

Opening the door, it revealed someone you didn't want to see.
So, you simply began to close the door until his foot stops the door from closing.
